Creative Junk workshops

We run regular Recycle, Reuse and Rethink workshops from our makerspace at Creative Junk. Previous workshops have included clocks, marble runs and mushroom garden ornaments. Check out the latest workshops that are coming up below. Our workshop space is fitted out with a kitchenette – handy for clean up and for making a cosy cuppa while you craft. And If you have ideas for workshops or a skill you would like to share – get in touch.

Support and ideas for teachers

We are full of ideas and resources for early learning and beyond. Workshops for teachers are available, linking our resources to the technology, maths, science and art curricula, and the ECE curriculum Te Whāriki. We are happy to visit schools, early childhood centres and community venues. Give us a ring to discuss what we can offer. Tel: 03 379 4040.
